Dawn Heilbrun

Dawn Heilbrun is our team leader she also is our Designated Broker and owner of our John L. Scott Office. Dawn first got licensed back in 2007 as a Real Estate Broker. In 2010 she decided to get her Designated Brokers License and open her own franchised office in Orting, WA. Her entire career has been in the mortgage and real estate industry. Dawn is born and raised in the PNW area so she knew she wanted to plant her office roots here specifically. She can help you with selling, buying, flipping, investing, you name it and she specializes in it! In 2022 she became a licensed real estate agent in Mexico and has a real passion for that area. In 2023, Dawn was excited to be chosen as the next Host for a Nationally televised, Emmy nominated show, called The American Dream. It's a Lifestyle and Real Estate show centered around positive media and shines a spotlight on real estate in our communities. In her down time, Dawn loves spending time with family, gardening, beach shelling and traveling with her husband, Dan and her little Chihuahua, Bella.
